| Loved the music in the first half, really elevated the whole Nanami sequence even if the animation was limited. Mahito really gets on your nerves, in a good way. Very clear at this point the production scheudle is hell for the animators, as the second half especially looked rough with the backgrounds and compositing. They’ll push to the finish line for sure, but it probably won’t be pretty. Should be at least somewhat exciting though. |
| The Nanami scene was beautiful, but very sad. Depending on things go on this might definitely become a devil for Itadori, at least he snapped out of it relatively quickly. |

That battle of Itadori vs the grasshopper was a lot better animated than the Nanami, Maki and Naobito vs Dagon fight lol.

| pain again. that nanami scene was absolutely beautiful and he's my second favourite jjk character. the ost and color pallete of the beach scene looked amazing. thank you, mappa and thank you, tsuda kenjiro. the guy was planning his vacation from always working man that's so rough. yuji vs mahito was pretty sick, that shout response was jokes but this mf is tryna destroy yuji mentally first. mahito was very goofy and jogo really let out his buggy scream this ep lol. mappa didn't cook the whole ep though, felt like there were a few frames missing here and there but even at it's worst, still way better than the manga. |

| I thought episode 18 and onward was going to be delayed indefinitely, or at the very least, would be released with very subpar animation. But it's here, and looks as good as it's always been. |

| Really liked what they did with Nanami's last moments in the first half. That back and forth between him being happy in Malaysia and the scenes with him fighting for his life + that piano piece was excellent. Will definitely miss him and his delicious voice. And though bland asf, I gotta admit Mahito does the villain job quite well. Mf sure knows how to get on someone's nerves. |
| I’m thankful we have another well made episode, there’s no telling what blood sweat and tears it was built on but I thank the animators for making it happen. That being said, this season just doesn’t stop going does it lol, right away we’re hit with another emotional moment with the death of Nanami, a damn shame to see him go but he really killed every moment he was in this show, I can see why he’s a fan favorite and probably one of my favorites as well. And now it’s time for another battle against this chucklefuck Mahito, I can’t lie I did laugh when he made the “blehh” sound when he came out of the monster’s mouth but I still hate this guy lol. And to make me hate him even more, they even showed that “comedic” scene of that goofy ass squid guy drinking who knows how many people all at once as Mahito claps along, I know it’s meant to be funny but it just makes me hate these guys even more lol, I really want them all to meet their ends this season, and thankfully that’s already the case for some of them. And the fight between Mahito and Yuji has once again been a wild one, so many crazy attacks and moments and it all looked very good. And at the end we see that Mahito’s copy took on Nobara, I really hope she gets her chance to shine again because I do miss that moment from Season 1 where she popped off. |

| I wasn't a fan of Mahito before, I don't really like the "childish yet monstrous" trope, I find it obnoxious. But when the show's worst villain killed the show's best character, I was surprised at the amount of rage I felt, I haven't hated a character that much in a while xD Mahito, you were a waste of script before, but now YOU HAVE TO BE TAKEN OUT Also, I don't read the manga so don't spoil me, but they better not turn Nobara into a damsel in distress next episode, I'm already annoyed at how little she got to do so far |

| I like Nanami, but his death didn't really do much for me, maybe because it's the lack of screen time or that JJK isn't really an overly emotional series. That fight was kind of whack though, were they paying homage to One Piece with all that padding? Plus the constant slo-mo is lame. |
| RIP Nanami T.T After a lot of us were worried about post episode 17, but this episode didn't look bad at all, and finally we start the legendary Yuji vs Mahito! |
