In Chrome:

• Go to the three dot menu -> More Tools -> Developer Tools
• In this pane, select the "Network" tab at the top and select "Media" in the pane below.
• Load the page with the videos and press play on one of the videos
• A file should show up in the network activity pane
• Right click on this file and select "open in new tab"
• Go to that tab and use the menu on the video to download the video
