It's an unreal engine game I think so not that straight forward to translate

Game's rubbish anyways, you grind the live stream for money and subscribers and getting enough subscribers lets you unlock newer items/skills so you can molest/fuck her on the toilet. That's it

Have anyone managed to make her lactase - produce breast milk? I have made her pregnant like twice now ( with the scene triggered ) but i still see nothing when i have sex with her in the next attempts.

one of the comments on the blog complained there's no ending so i have a hunch "pregnancy" is a meaningless thing

Quite sad since i think i did see a line in the stats menu where it said " ml of breast milk "
Guess it wasn't fully implemented then.
