I'm tempted to get my Baldur's Gate 3 character made into a proper sona. Lore Bard and a kinky man (slut). XD

You can edit a bit yes but it's quite limited as of now. The edit you can do is that no matter what gender you give your character you can still change them to either have a vagina or a dick. But that's about it.
